Execution of the consultancy project “European Comparison of Technical and Administrative Activities in Universities: Scope, Allocation, Organization, and Rules of Engagement”, taking into specific consideration the following aspects:

  • Literature review and analysis;

  • Data collection and analysis;

  • Administration of a questionnaire for data gathering and identification of relevant national case studies;

  • Analysis of 1–2 cases per country (Germany, UK, Spain, and the Netherlands).

  • Analysis of proposals for revising the remuneration system for academic careers.
