Within the activities of the Higher Education and Youth Employability (HEYE) Research and Third Mission Centre, the DEEP Observatory aims to analyse demographic trends and their socio-economic impact in the Bergamo area.
Adopting a scientific approach and comparing local developments with national and international contexts, DEEP provides data, tools and analyses to understand how the evolving characteristics of the local population may influence family, migration, education and employment choices.
The Observatory therefore seeks to support the design, monitoring and evaluation of policies across several areas, including education and training, labour and human resource management, social policies and housing.
